REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
• You may pre-register for the 3rd Annual Mediterranean Sustainable Energy Summit by forwarding the Registration Form and your payment to the Conference Organiser in accordance with the deadlines outlined in the above table.
• Starting May 12th 2010, registrations will only be accepted at the Conference Secretariat operating in the Conference Venue, Athens Hilton Hotel, on May 18th and 19th 2010.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
• For written cancellations received prior to April 20th, 2010 a handling fee of € 60 will be charged.
• There is no refund for cancellations received from April 20th , 2010 and onwards.
• Substitute delegates will be accepted upon written confirmation until April 20th, 2010 provided that they submit a Registration Form, duly filled in, for the replacing delegate. A handling fee of € 60 will be charged for each substitute delegate. After April 20th, 2010 no substitutions are allowed.

Personal cheques are not accepted.

For your information, please bear in mind that the registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
