The Financial Adviser Service Awards recognise the importance of quality service from product providers to their IFA clients and are considered to be the benchmark for service standards within the retail finance marketplace. The ‘Five Star’ award is the most sought-after in the industry.

To compile our ratings we invite IFAs to rate product providers across a number of key criteria. Only providers who perform well in all areas will have the chance to secure a five star rating (you can view the overall star ratings from 2008 using the navigation at the top of the page). Over 10,000 IFAs contributed their opinion in 2008, which give our star ratings an unmatched authority.
