Overview
The Banker, in association with Capgemini Financial Services, is pleased to present the 2012 'Retail Banking Conference', a morning briefing exploring recent trends and developments within the retail banking industry.

Watch a summary video about this year's Retail Banking Conference.
Retail banking has seen an unprecedented transformation since the onset of the financial crisis and is in a constant state of progressive change, fuelled by rapid advances in technology, faster and more frequent product turns, and an increasingly savvy customer base. Never before have so many channels been available for banks to offer their products, interpret their customers’ needs, and build relationships with their clients. However, it has also never been easier for customers to drop their loyalties and take their business elsewhere. The pressure is on for retail banks to begin embracing “customer-centric” models.

The 2012 Retail Banking Conference will reveal the findings of the 9th annual Capgemini and Efma World Retail Banking Report, in which 18,000 banking customers and 200 banking executives tell us exactly which factors matter most across channels, transactions and products in their experience with their primary banks.

Alongside our traditional format of presentations, panel discussions and interviews, senior market practitioners will offer their own interpretations of where challenges and opportunities lie for retail banking in Europe, at this exciting time.

Complimentary places for senior banking professionals are strictly limited, so please register now to discuss the impact of customer-centricity on the European retail banking industry and the leadership agenda.
