After a huge response from the financial intermediary community, we are now able to announce which providers were voted the online leaders in their field in 2008 - and which were told to raise their game.

The results of the FTAdviser.com Online Service Awards were announced at a special ceremony at the Science Museum in London on the 19th June.

Each provider was given a rating between 1 and 10 over a number of criteria. The best performing companies were awarded the prestigious '5 stars'; the worst performers did not even qualify for a 'one star' award. Using the navigation at the top of the page you can discover how many stars each provider earned across our three categories, and the overall average rating advisers gave them.

Zurich Intermediary Group scooped the top prize of 'FTAdviser Company of the Year' for online service. This accolade is a testament to the continued emphasis that they place on service in the investment and life & pensions arena.
